We did it! Thank you so much to everyone who listened to the pod. This episode, we watched the film adaptation of Eragon! It's not what I would call a good movie, but I enjoyed it. I don't know that everyone else will have the same reaction...

We're back! Much like in Eragon, the dragons have returned and its our job to read about them. This episode we read The Fork, the Witch, & the Worm, a collection of short stories set in the world of Eragon! These are all little vignettes with framing devices as Eragon hears. watches, or reads about the mysterious goings on in the world around him. It's a good time mostly! When we next return we will be beginning our reading of Murtagh!

I love my wife

Due to a reaction between his latent genetic mutation and an injection of mongoose blood, Robert Frank has the ability to move at superhuman speed and has superhuman reflexes. He can create cyclones by running in circles, and can run up walls and across water. Even in middle age, he was running at approximately 100 mph. The Whizzer has learned a unique, self-taught fighting style that exploits the ability to move at superhuman speeds.

We read a quarter of this book and nothing happens! We get mostly warfare this episode, with Roran departing to break a siege with boats. Meanwhile, Eragon fucks around, heals a baby again but does it good this time, and pines for Arya.
